Lift tension. Boost circulation. Breathe again.
Cupping works by creating suction with specially designed cups that gently pull up the skin and fascia. Unlike massage that presses down, cupping lifts — creating space between tissue layers, improving circulation, and relieving deep muscular tension. It feels unusual at first — a warm pulling sensation — but most people leave feeling lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed.

What cupping can help with:
  • Neck and shoulder tightness

  • Lower back pain

  • Tension headaches

  • Muscle fatigue and tight calves

  • Heavy legs, sluggish circulation

  • Fascia-related restrictions (like IT band or glute tension)

What science says:

Cupping improves local circulation and may reduce inflammation, support lymphatic drainage, and stimulate immune activity. It’s shown to improve range of motion and reduce cortisol levels, which may explain the feeling of lightness and calm after treatment.

By lifting fascia and loosening soft tissues, cupping also improves mobility and supports detoxification through better fluid exchange.
